  1. The Paper Change program (PaperChg) is a Visual Basic application for
  2. Microsoft Windows 3.x that will automatically change your wallpaper at
  3. specified intervals (eg. every 10 minutes or every 25 minutes or ...).

  5. Full documentation is provided in the PAPERCHG.WRI file.  Use the
  6. Windows Write program to view/print this documentation.
